Council membership is open to any individuals or organizations willing to be active participants through regular meeting attendance and contributions to Council projects and activities.
Members are encouraged to bring their knowledge of issues, rural needs and potential solutions to the council.
A seven-person executive committee, elected by the Council is responsible for administrative and personnel matters. Two members serve as co-chairs.
Council meetings are open to the public. Elected officials and town leaders are invited to periodic meetings in their regions to discuss issues facing their respective communities.
